  : Staff offered us other rooms, which was nice of them but the rooms werent any better. The owner gave us a bottle of prosecco because we decided to leave after 1 night (of 3). The view was great.
  : Everything. Its old, smelly (the scent of sigaret smoke was the first thing we smelled when we walked in) and has had its best days. You could tell that it has past its glory years, long ago. The beds are really old and lumpy and the sheets were made of 100 % polyester . The shower didnt work well and you could hear everything from your neighbors. We were welcomed by a man who resumed his lunch while welcoming us, which was very rude and distasteful.

  : very very helpfull and nice staff . the owner family gives their best effort to make you feel good and happy. Especially little David is right for all unsolvable problems. outside of this nice host is the location fantastic and quite silent. the room is clean the restaurant is also good the prises are affordable.

  : The views were amazing. The choice at breakfast buffet was good. We only had one dinner there, which was good.

  : View from our balcony to Bolzano town was spectacular. Room was big and bed very comfortable

  : The owner is a nice guy , he , his wife and and their team are working hard to make it a worth while experience . Upon check out i spilled my water bottle by accident on the front desk, the owner gave me a new bottle free of charge . Little gestures go miles , and this is what resumes the experience in this hotel . we will go back
