  : We chose this hotel due to the great reviews and the free onsite parking which allowed us to explore the area for 3 days at the start of our multi-stop Italian holiday. Also the free shuttle bus to Sorrento centre was super convenient. The pool and terrace were lovely and great views overlooking the sea out to Capri. There was a smaller pool for the babies and outdoor snack area and bar (although we were out on day tours most days to sample the food / lunch offering). Breakfast and dinner options were good (tailored to tourists) and the restaurant manager / waiters friendly and helpful.
  : The most disappointing part of the stay was the rooms - we booked 2 Economy rooms with bunk beds (travelling in 2 families of 2 adults, 2 kids). The rooms themselves were fine - clean, comfortable, reasonable size and practical with hairdryer storage space etc. However, both rooms looked out onto a roof - no partial view, just a roof (since we were on the 1st floor). One had a tiny balcony the size of a shower cubical and the other did not have a balcony at all. Such a shame as this was not clear on the b.com description - it didn't say 'limited view' or 'no balcony', so it was assumed there was (otherwise it should have said). Other than the bunk beds, it did not suit the needs of a family who typically want to settle the kids to bed after a long day and enjoy a glass of wine and the views on the balcony. Read the room descriptions carefully and check with the hotel before booking if it's not 100% there is a balcony. Personally I'm of the view of not selling rooms if it means having a disappointed customer - we booked 8 months before going so not like it was last minute availability or discounted. Due to being fully booked hotel management were unable to offer us alternative rooms (even with additional payment) nor any attempts to remedy our dissatisfaction which was also a shame. There are lots of lovely hotels in Sorrento so personally wouldn't rush back to this one as such given our experience.

  : Great location! Nice rooms with amazing views. The shuttle is perfect! 8 minutes to central Sorrento. Really nice staff! We did not use the pool but it was huge

  : We loved the hotel and all the kind and helpful staff. The hotel has. Very family run feel but is professional in every way. The breakfasts were great. The hotel pool and sun lounger area was big and so clean and it never felt over crowded. The other guests were delightful. The shuttle bus to sorrento was hourly and a real asset. There is a lovely little beach within a 20 min walk down a hill but you can get a Tuk Tuk back up. We will definitely stay here again !!!
