Children ages 5 and older are allowed.
Children from 5 years old to 10 years old stay for € 37 per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 11 years old to 17 years old stay for € 42 per person per night when using an existing bed.
People 5 years old and over stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
No cots are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

A damage deposit of EUR 90 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note the property has no reception, and as check-in is on appointment.

A surcharge of EUR 35 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Latest possible check-in is at 22:00.

The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.
