  : Bathrooms need an update. Toilet did not always flush & required maintenance. Water sprayed from sink tap onto floor.

  : The staff was great -- super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel itself is charming.
  : Our shower leaked water onto the floor, and we had to sop up the water a couple times during our stay. The bathroom has no sink top to speak of, so there's nowhere to put toiletries while getting ready. I would suggest shelving or a stand of some sort be placed near the sink to remedy this problem.

  : Not well cleaned, odd smell in the room at times. Noisy at night and breakfast wasn't great - we ended up going out for breakfast.

  : The hotel is friendly and welcoming, all the staff are happy to help with any issues or problems. The hotel has a private beach which was lovely to visit, and the use of a lift was an added bonus.The view from the room was beautiful.
  : The shower, although clean, is outdated and would of been been nice to have a more adjustable head, this was only minor and did not effect our stay.

  : Sadly, there was nothing we could say that was good. The first gentleman who checked us in was courteous. That is literally the only nice thing I can say.
  : There was no elevator and no one to help us take our bags down or back up the 2 floors of stairs with elderly mom. The front desk never ordered our taxi for the next morning and the staff the next morning didn't speak English and wouldn't help us and also told us we had to move our car before we left for our trip to Capri so we almost didn't make it to our tour. But the worst part was the room. The beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. The exposed pipes and bathroom condition were less than ideal.
