  : The property is well located. Rooms are modern. Balcony was great. A/C worked really well.
  : The bed was rock solid. Mini fridge light flashed all night long. It was also not stocked once the entire week although it was stated on check in it would be. Requested an iron but they didnt have an ironing board? Asked a staff member for a bottle opener he said hed look but never came back to us. Seems like a reasonable request to have at a hotel! The property is on a very loud street and also the walls are paper thin. Breakfast included is just cakes. A tiny bathroom bin in the room so we had to use plastic bags to hold our rubbish just on the floor of our room.

  : A standard room that you wouldn't say had anything special and contained only the basic necessities - bed, desk, bathroom, wardrobe for clothes with no doors. The nicest thing about it was the balcony with table and chairs and the wide space in front. You could even see a small part of the sea and it was very pleasant to drink coffee there. Coffee machine at reception with virtually unlimited access. Daily and qualitative cleaning. The hotel (if it can be called a hotel) is very conveniently located only 150 meters from the old town of Sorrento. Also the hotel is less than 15 minutes' walk from Central Station, where buses to Positano and Amalfi start. Upon checking in, the receptionist immediately called the garage to pick up our car. They came within ten minutes. An expensive pleasure (22 euros per night) but still very convenient. On leaving I rang the phone and 40 minutes later the car was with us.
  : The front desk isn't just open limited hours, there's just no one there and one phone number is left to call if you need to. When we arrived it took the receptionist approx 40 minutes to show up at the hotel. It's not really a hotel at all, and so I think the filters on booking.com when looking for a place to stay in Sorrento seriously misguided me. This place is in a regular apartment building and occupies part of the 4th floor. Five rooms and a small hall with two dining tables. That's it! I understand by hotel something different. I've been to Italy a dozen times in different places. This is the country where hotels traditionally offer terrible breakfast. But this place is a champion in that category! Sweet croissants, muffins, a little bit of cake, and packaged crackers with butter. Awful! There is no place in the shower room to shampoo etc. Everything has to be put on the ground. Attached to the curtains were some long metal rods (three curtains, so three rods), which were supposed to make it easier to open the curtain, but in fact made it difficult and made a disgusting noise. I find the room check-out time (10:00) to be indecently early. Like almost everything in Sorrento, this hotel had exorbitantly inflated rates and they didn't really match the basic services we received.

  : Room was comfortable & spacious and nearby places of interest as well as restaurants. Walking distance to the train station
  : Breakfast was too sweet - mostly all pastries. There was no egg or ham or cheese. For 1 day is ok but any longer is a stretch to eat the same pastries.
