  : good value for money. clean and located in the outskirts of Rouen (40 minutes to the centre), its ideal if you travel by car

  : The location is good, there is plenty of shops, bakeries, and a very convenient grocery store across the road. Shopping mall is 2 stops away with the tramway 5 min apx..you can visit the city for about 15 min with the ( tramway )
  : cleanliness in the bathroom unfortunately, there was few hair and heating system that could have been better if not placed under the window, if you travel during warmer days, it should not be an issue. However, the staff is outstanding, they did everything they could to accommodate my needs, even when I left my keys in the car I was travelling from, they send a member of their staff to drop a spare one in the locker on a late Sunday. If you stay with family, the room has a kitchenette which is great. I would recommend the place because it is convenient for the price, the staff is helpful.
