  : We were staying and paying for 2 nights but after the first night they cleaned out our items from the bathroom and drawsOur suitcases were in the closet which clearly they never clean because they would have seen themThey threw all our items including medicine in a trash bag and had them in the office.

  : The hotel is affordable and well located with plenty of options for buses and close to a lot of restaurants and breweries. The indian gentleman from the front desk was very kind, polite and even fixed my luggage wheels, which got frozen and were not working because of the cold, the snow and the salt of Burlington. But he offered himself to fix them and he did an amazing job. I do appreciate that a lot. The breakfast was good, too!
  : The chinese ladies who worked also at the front desk and the restaurant were not willing to be nice to us or keep our luggage for a few hour after our checking out time and kicked us out of the breakfast room minutes past 10 a.m. And that was really disappointing. The house keeping stuff was rude and disrespectful.

  : Bed was okay and the staff was really friendly
  : The room was freezing cold and even with the (really loud) heat full blast I couldnt stop shivering. Non smoking room REEKED of cigarettes!!!

  : The rug was dirty! Including when I lifted the bed covers on both beds there was trash on the floor carpet! The beds were hard and lumpy! The bathroom had cracked tiles and loose ones too! No breakfast, no fitness center, no gathering room, etc. and people stood outside my room window talking loud late at night! I should of paid only twenty dollars.
