  : Had access to luggage carts to bring things up to the room which I appreciated. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast had a good variety of waffles, omelets, chicken/ pork sausage, and toast among a few other things. Room was close to the elevator which came with it's pros and cons. The bed/ bedding was clean and comfortable. They have decent amenities like a pool, hot tub, fitness room and conference room. Hotel was only a short drive from south haven beaches, food and downtown shopping.
  : My hotel room, and especially the shower, had a really musty smell. The room was right next to the elevator so we heard the elevator motor and a knocking noise every single time it went up or down. The pool room didn't smell very good either. The pool room is suffocatingly humid and yet the pool wasn't particularly warm. The pool was sandy and needed a cleaning. The hot tub was in desperate need of a cleaning as well. There's so much grime on the tiles that someone scraped "wash me" into a tile scum.
