  : Staff did not answer the bell, rang three different times, over 10 minute period.Called, spoke to someone. They located my reservation, said they would send someone to help. Waited close to 10 minutes, gentleman did not speak English, wanted to use an app on his phone to Translate. Had no idea how to check me in, called someone and they spoken Spanish to walk him through the process.
