  : Awesome location of condo on the quiet end of South Padre Island and across the street from Turtle Inc and Bird and Nature Center. It had large 3 bedrooms each with its own bathrooms. The unit has nice big windows and balcony to enjoy the views of the bay and ocean. We really enjoyed the fact that the unit had its own washer and dryer which is a must since our family has 3 kids. Also the kids loved the pool and the super short walk to the beach.
  : Although the unit is overall very clean there are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. There were a couple of burned out light bulbs that need to be replaced. The lighting in the bathrooms need to be brighter. The handle on door on the main patio from the dining room is rusted out and needs to be replaced and the tracks fixed so the door can close properly. Also a deep cleaning is needed on the area rugs and tile floors along with the shower floors as the grout is dirty.

  : Everything, condo was perfect and the outdoors are clean, very well kept, nice pools, great access to the beach, everything was very nice.
  : Fire pits and grills were not in service.
