: Location and plenty of room
: To start we booked this thru booking.com there was $300 hidden fees. A pool was advertised in 1st ad then after we called to ask what the deal was we couldnt find a pool. The advertisement was changed when we went back to take a screenshot. The floors was still sandy. The tub upstairs had nasty hair in drain and mold in the jets on the tub. I wouldnt let ny grandkids bathe in it we did showers instead. There is broken tiles on stairs and in doorway upstairs that goes to balcony. The light in laundry room/ garage. There was 2 of the bigest dead roaches i've ever seen (at least they was dead). Construction goin on in the back. Ice box door was so sticky around and on the seal. Opened dishwasher and it smelled like sewer.

: Good location. Very clean. Spacious and comfortable. Staff very responsive.
: Wifi connection is terrible. Tvs are all out of syn'c and won't connect to wifi. And even if the wifi signal was good, the password to connect is ridiculously long and complicated. Backyard also has not been maintained. Checkout is at 10am, I tired to get late checkout at 2pm for an extra fee but told me it was unavailable.

: It was very hard to get to the key and also to put it back. May need to be changed. Unsure if we were only allowed 1 key but the second one if we did have access was never able to open. Was a little difficult for us with one key when my husband and myself went separate ways with the kids.
