  : Gated and security was present, grounds we clean and access to the beach was great. Great walkway to the beach.
  : Master bed was way to soft, at least for me, slept on the coach for the firm support. Bathtub/shower in master bedroom needs to be redesigned. If over 50, it is a health hazard to get in and out of. At least remove the metal edge so you can sit on edge and get in. Ledge at 2.5 off the ground to get into non working jetted tub to use as shower. Has you try to get out from tub very good chance of falling onto or stepping into the toilet. We you the other bath to take showers, so it became 1 1/2 bath unit.

  : Great location, quiet time starts at 11:00pm, 3 pools with 1 kids pool. A/C works great, kitchen stocked for cooking. Balcony has netting to cover openings for small pets or children. Elevator and lots of places to walk your dog and cleanup baggies provided too. Gated and lots of parking.
  : Water was out for one full day of our 5 which was inconvenient with kids and all the sand but we made it work with the 2 outside hose off areas. One bathroom shower head didn't work and the toilet ran the whole time. Minor repairs needed but overall, a great location and comfortable room. We will always go back to the same area. Bring your toiletries and cleaning essentials, none if that is provided in this room. There is a washer and dryer in the 2nd bedroom so bring detergent.

  : Staff was great, condo grounds were clean and well maintained. Everything outside of the room was excellent.
  : There was hair in the sheets of both rooms. Shower in one bathroom couldnt be used unless you wanted to climb over a 2 1/2-3 ft tiled wall to get in/out of shower, no door or entry point to shower. That bathroom is not in the pictures. Broken tiles in living room. Condo smelled musty and weird.

  : bedding in master ripped and very worn. when water is on in kitchen it fills the dishwasher bottom and leaks all over floor. carpet and couch very stained.

  : The location is good, but considering that the island is small, so basically if the hotel is on the island, then the location is not bad.
  : The dish washer is broken, the wash machine is broken. We want an extra blanket, but they refused to provide one. Then we have to call then again and again. The property management is disappointing.
