  : parking was horrible too much noise the people upstairs were running till 1 in the morning it made a painting fall because of their horseplay upstairs. The sink was clogged but was no issue just letting yall know

  : Real clean and spacious. The fact that when I had questions, they would respond in a reasonable amount of time. Easy to get for an extra night.
  : The queen size bed we had in our room would make a lot of noise when tossing and turning. The cold water for one of the showers was not working. The shower that is outside to rinse out is not visible or could not find it, The water in the pool is way too warm. I could not figure out how to work the remote for the TV. Had to download an app on my phone in order to turn on the TV. The fact that there are no TV's in the rooms. Outlets in the small room were not working. Parking lot spots are way too close. The combo had too many numbers. Combo to access the room changed 3 times when I asked for an extra night.

  : We really like it, the apartment was nice and clean the only problem that we had was the AC it wasn't working good, but other than that everything was fine.

  : This condo had a very comfortable queen bed in each bedroom, with an outdoor privacy porch overlooking the pool. Cable and internet were good. Very nice pool/hot tub area. Conveniently short walk to the beach. 2nd floor location was nice for privacy. Will stay here again.
  : Lockbox for the keys was a little challenging, but it was OK.

  : Great location to beach access and shopping. The pool was nice and heated. The condo was spacious enough for 5ppl. Good amount of pots & pans for cooking meals. Hot water was good, water pressure was good. Loved the baloney overlooking the pool. Decor was beachy and colors nice. Loved the flooring. Wifi worked great.
  : Crockpot control broken (fire Hazzard) bedroom lamp had spliced cord and worked like a strobe (fire Hazzard) main bathroom had feces on the wall, mold on shower curtain and missing more than half of the curtain hooks (we replaced curtain) coffee pot warming tray is severely rusted and should be replaced. Please throw out & replace all those knives, they won't even cut butter! Laundry services are not up to par, tubs rusted and won't spin out, dryers wouldn't tumble, loss of $8.75 just to haul wet clothes to island laundromat. AC barely kept it 74 in condo and was a notice left in apt. to not set at 68 or below or ac would freeze up, I would definitely say it needs serviced. Was supposed to have a room with 2 twins according to the booking, however it was a queen bed so we had to make due but would have preferred the 2 twins.

  : We loved the location and the convenience of being close to the beach.
  : The unit had no hot water. My sons back became extremely inflamed from not being able to use his medicated soap for his eczema. Jake from Vacasa was understanding and very helpful. We ended up having to leave and spent and additional 3 hours searching for a hotel that had room for our family.
