  : Beds were firm and comfortable.
  : Extreme low water pressure in shower. Very unpleasant. Told staff with no response during 4 day stay. After walking barefoot in my room, the bottom of feet were filthy. Pool in need of service. More care would elevate the establishment

  : Can tell they are trying to keep up the place with new paint. Breakfast was good with waffle makers and oatmeal, sausage, egg and starch on top of basic ready to eat options.
  : First impression: Staff had a line of five trying to check in and had two staff at front desk but one of the two stopped checking people in to deal with something else but still at the desk and seemingly not urgent- no explanation. Staff did not warn that not all doors had card readers to open- and with such a large building it led to a lot of running around to get car and baggage cart to right place to unload. If they just had a laminated sheet of a map of the building and pointed out room and closest accessible door to unload from at check-in it would have made for much better first impression.Room door stuck in the jam and the latch. So door would not close on own. Tough to get thru the door even with one hand free of bags or breakfast without spilling. AC was sufficient but had to be maxed out to get room cool for sleeping.

  : Fire alarm went off twice the night we stayed (around 12:15am and again around 12:30am. So it was difficult to sleep as we had to be up at 4:30 the next morning. Also, I pre registered (including sending a picture of my id and I still had to do all again when I got there.

  : Great location and several separate doors all labeled with letters so you know which one to use thw5e closet to your room. This was very convenient. Staff at front desk were very nice.
