  : Nice but small pool
  : A bit tired. Needs updating. Did not feel like 4* but more like basic hotel room with spa. Was clean and comfortable. Next to main road that was noisy if we wanted window open.Noisy function on first night with drunk colleage kids. Bar was busy in fiction room so they was all in hotel bar/ reception entrance. Loud music from event.Power cut the second day which may not of been their issue.

  : Only the location of the hotel was worth a mention because it was conveniently located near the shopping and cruise terminal.
  : Many of the facilities in the room were in need of updating. For example air-con was not available, just a lousy fan. The carpets in the room were tired and in need of replacing. Overall the room was not fit for the standard of a four-star hotel. I was very disappointed in the television because the air-play function was not available. In addition, the there were no USB charging sockets at the work-desk. The room which we booked was for four people. This proved very inconvenient because most of use had to sit on the bed, which proved very difficult to work individually without getting into each others way. The hotel only supplied us with 2 cups and 2 paper cups. I was very disappointed that a four star-hotel should still use paper cups for customers to make drinks from. Shouldn’t we disregard the use of paper cups? We should be thinking of ways to cut environmental waste.
