  : The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable, as was the downstairs dining area. The breakfast was delicious and the location just right if you like a nice walk along the seafront further into Southend etc. The service from the staff (particularly Laura) was excellent, all very polite, friendly and helpful. It was also pretty quiet for the most part so that's always a bonus.
  : My only real nitpicks were the fact that the room I was staying in (Room 2) was right near some sort of takeaway or something I am guessing, so the smell from that wafting through when I opened the window was a little much at times. Nothing too horrendous though. And the shower was very fiddly to try and work out (but I got some help from one of the very friendly staff so all good in the end!). I also wasn't sure if there was AC in there or not as it could get a little warm, but that's on me for not enquiring.

  : Location was great ... lovely and clean room .
  : The view ... at the back of the hotel looking out onto a big metal thing lol I think I was above the kitchen ..but it didn't really matter to me personally as I was out most of the time

  : Immaculate rooms, beautifully decorated. Lovely shower. Restaurant food and service excellent too. Would really recommend.

  : Good parking , nice decor , staff friendly . Comfortable bed and clean.
  : Breakfast was an extra 15 each and was quite small ( full English). Room was quite stuffy air wise

  : Room was clean and had everything we needed. Location ..was easy to find although we needed to use the bus service to access the town Breakfast . Good choice of breakfast and plenty of options
  : Nothing really although going outside to access our room wasnt ideal as 1 morning it was windy and raining

  : No guaranteed parking. Wonky pictures I the room. Hair in bath and other bodily fluids that surfaced when the bath was run in.
