  : Wasn't told till after I booked that the pool was extra cost and you only get 45 minutes, the pool was very cold and the hot tub wasn't working.Also had a wobbly toilet in our room.

  : Just underwhelming the moment you walk into the building. The room was dusty, cob webs. Pillows not in good condition. Just ran down!

  : The venue was ideal for where we were visiting in Spalding
  : The venue wasn't exactly where our sat nav took us and neither of us saw any sort of sign or board outside the premises!We arrived in the early evening and saw no lights.The room we had was quite a way from the entrance and we felt a little cramped although if there had been another chair in the room,which it needed, would have made it worse!It felt very bare and to a degree quite cold.It was good value for the cost and luckily not that far from the centre plus they recomended a very good pub/restaurant so there was an upside to it all.In fairness I think our cars satnav may have had problems that day because it took us to the wrong side of some houses for the pub!!

  : rooms were lovely and spacious, very modern. The breakfasts were very nice and the facilities were very good. The only slight issue with being on the top floor is the heat.

  : Friendly helpful staff. Quick check in. Very spacious room with 5 large windows overlooking the lovely front garden. Windows only had venetian blinds which made the room look empty and it was cold. Room was tired and bare looking with unmatching old furniture, not what you would expect for a 4 star. The scatter pillow on the bed was disgusting, covered in stains and very dirty looking. Beds were comfortable but as we had requested twin beds we had to endure 3 foot ones which are just to small for adults. Breakfast was OK. No croissants, fresh bread, meats or cheeses. Just cereals, apple or banana and yogurt. The pre ordered cooked full english was nice but the toast that comes with it was budget bread. As the room was on the front of the hotel and close to the main road, we didn't get to sleep until gone midnight and were awoken at 4am due to road noise which was so loud. We requested an alternative room which was immediately given and was located at the rear of the hotel. Unfortunately later that afternoon we heard guests moving into the room next to ours and their voices were so loud we could hear everything that was said, they were obviously a couple that didnt get on! it was like being in the same room. As we had only a few hours sleep the previous night we decided to call it a day and checked out. The swimming pool is small and you have to book to use it. We managed to book a slot the day before we arrived but that was it. No further slots were available for the following day. A slot was offered later that afternoon after we queried why there were no slots. There were no cars in the car park and didn't see any other residential guests, when I enquired to why there were no slots I was told it was booked up with "members" obviously these take preference to residential paying guests. We had a very disappointing stay and although there were some positives the negatives outweighed them.
