  : Even though the apartment was small it used the space very well, it looks the same as per the pictures so nothing unexpected, everything was generally clean and tidy and plenty of kitchen equipment and toiletries were provided for our stay, good location and the host was very nice and provided us with details of the city
  : There were some ants around the kitchen area, we understand this is difficult to control though it would be good to get rid of them for future guests if possible. Some other small things like there was an iron but no ironing board, there looked to be a small crack in the shower floor, though this is more for the hosts information incase it needs to be fixed. The boiler could be heard a little during one of the nights, unsure if this can be switched off to avoid this. Though overall I would still rate highly.

  : Very well located, clean room near the center of Split. It was easy to find after arriving on the train. Berti and Petra were great hosts! I always appreciate friendly people when arriving in a new place. It's so comforting as a solo traveler. There is a luggage storage place right up the street too if you need to leave your bags for a few hours before catching your ferry.

  : Nice to have a full apartment with options to eat on site (i.e. breakfast). Apartment was very clean and very quiet. Towels were available for the beach, although we did not take advantage of the beach. Location to Old Town Split was very convenient, as was the location relative to the bus and ferry stations.
  : Numerous stairs - 2 flights up to the apartment and then another flight up from the living room to the bedroom. The stairwell up to the apartment was narrow and the steps were narrow. The also rounded corners, making for even narrow allowance for stepping. This made getting luggage up and down the stairs difficult. The apartment stairs to the bedroom were very narrow, without a handrail, and open to the room environment. I would not recommend the 3rd floor apartment for older individuals. The lst floor apartment would be much more convenient, but perhaps not as large.

  : The accommodation was on the 2nd floor. The host was amazing! He helped us carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. He also dropped me off at the train station as it was raining that day. There was air conditioning.

  : We had a very nice stay at this accomodation. The apartment is well equipped and had everything you need for a short stay in Split. The location of the room is perfect and quiet, very close to the city centre, the port and the beach. The host is happy to answer all your questions and give recommendations what to do in Split.
