: The host of the property was very helpful before during and after my stay which was reassuring as a solo traveller. The location is great and quiet , away from the hustle and bustle of split.
: The single room was quite different from the first few photos on the website (which I think were of the larger/more expensive rooms), though pictures were featured later on. It was set up like a studio flat which was perfectly fine, just a little different from what I expected!

: no hangout factor in this unit. The shower was not very good and it flooded when we used it.This unit appears to value form over function. Everything looks nice but it is not very comfortable. The location mitigated all of this for us

: Brilliant location and all the home comforts you could need. Sent lots of wonderful recommendations by our host who was quick to respond to questions.
: Free street parking was ~5-10 mins walk from the property up steps, as it is in a pedestrian zone. Not an issue for us, but for guests with big bags / mobility issues just something to bear in mind.

: The host was amazing, Nicholas gave us lots of information on the best places to visit. The place was really clean and cute! Well positioned and a lovely view from the main room window.
: The shower didnt drain quickly enough so the bath mat was drenched after a shower. It would have been lovely to have a balcony with a view to sit outside in the evening but that said we knew there wasnt one and it didnt spoil the holiday at all.

: Perfect location for exploring both Old Town and Marjan Hill, in addition it is very quiet street and lovely and safe neighbourhood. The apartment is enough for one person and has almost everything you may need, including an iron, a hair dryier, a TV, a kitchen corner etc. I was missing only a bottle opener. Nicolas is a great host, I haven't had any problems during our communication. I've spent a week in this place and it was a lovely time.
: If you are a sensitive sleeper, you may need an ear plugs during the night because the refrigerator makes a noise from time to time and you are both in one small room. I was get to use to it after a couple of nights.
