  : The hostel was right in the center, which was amazing. The common areas were pretty nice, with places to sit outside and inside. Rooms had AC (that people sometimes used too much - a tick blanket asked at the reception did the trick). Shower has warm water. Overall it was a very chill place to stay, I didnt get too lucky with the people there at first (not a lot of socialisation happening and quite hard to meet people) but by the end of my stay, the atmosphere really changed for the better. There were a lot of free food to use in the kitchen, which was really handy.The staff was mostly young people and they were really lovely and helpful
  : Rooms were quite small and the beds not the most stable. The lockers didnt lock so I didnt use the ones provided. Always carry your own lock so you can at least secure your things in your bag. The kitchen was really basic and not kept very clean, with no counter space which makes cooking quite complicated, youd want to stick to very basic meals. The price felt very steep for what you got, but the whole of Split is very expensive, so that might just be standard prices.

  : Staff are absolutely amazing and the hostel has a really good vibe which apparently is always like that, and I mean.. hammocks?

  : BEDBUGS! I got bitten a few times by what I am pretty sure were bedbugs, and someone I met at the hostel claimed he had swarms of bedbugs crawling all over his bed that he could see. I believe him because he was covered in more bites than anyone else I've ever seen in my life. The shower didn't drain at all, so showering was not a pleasant experience either. I feel slightly bad giving such a negative rating, because the staff really were incredibly nice, but the amount of trouble I now have to go to avoid spreading a pest infestation to my home justifies this one-star review.

  : The bed has to be drilled to the wall or smth. Its very loud if you turn in your sleep. The locker doesnt work properly. The AC is either too cold or too warm.
