  : Beautiful room with extremely comfortable beds (I think the best one I've stayed in on this trip!). Excellent wifi and breakfast was plentiful, delicious and fresh. We were greeted by a lovely young lady (sorry, I don't remember her name) but she stayed to let us in and show us around at 7pm which j think was after hours for her so that was really appreciated. The owner had sent me exact location on Google maps which was handy. Location was only a min from main Split tourist area. We were also greeted by the cleaner as well how was very pleasant. A great stay, would definitely recommend.
  : Parking was a bit of hassle. The property doesn't have any of its own parking spaces as it's located in the small narrow streets of split but there is free on street parking. This would be fine only all the people of split use it aswell so trying to find a space is a bit of a nightmare. It might be easier during the day but we arrived at 6.55pm and drive around for 30 mins trying to find something. We eventually got a space but it was a bit of a walk away from accom and obviously as tourists we didn't know if we were allowed park there/if the car would be safe etc. All worked out fine and the beautiful room made up for it but just something to be aware of.

  : When we went to the hotel, there was no such hotel at the address. Despite calling 5 times, no one answered. We sent a photo of the hotel address of our location. An hour later she sent us a message via booking. They told us to wait ten minutes. Then someone came, her name was Ivana. and took us to another address. We walked ten minutes with our suitcases and went to another address. Our car was too far away. Where we parked is too far away. Although we stated beforehand that we have a 1 year old baby, they gave us a room on the 3rd floor of the apartment without an elevator. We bought it with breakfast included. The breakfast place was a cafe about 1 km away from where we were staying. They did not inform us about this beforehand. we had to go to the car park two km away to get our stuff for three days. I definitely do not recommend. The information about the hotel on bookin.com is not correct.

  : The only positive was we were moved to another apartment when ours did not suit. And the second apartment while better than the first, still wasn't great. They offered our money back but trying to find an alternative was a challenge, so we had to stick with what was offered. Oh! In the description it says located in Split old town - this is correct, about the only thing that was in the description.
  : Not sure where to start with this. This is nothing like the Booking.com description to point it is basically false. It is not a hotel, it is a random collection of apartments around Split. There is no restaurant with daily continental breakfast, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. As for allergy free, the apartment we ended up in stank of cigarette smoke. The address on the Booking.com site took us to one of the side streets, and after a couple of phone calls to the number for the booking we are told to walk around to the main square where we will be met and shown our apartment. (We had spoken to a waiter at a restaurant next to the original address and he said they have people coming there all the time looking for this place with the same story - having to phone someone, eventually the calls are answered and they move off to find the actual accommodation). The apartment we were shown was basic, bland, no bedding other than a sheet and only two small windows that looked at the stone wall about 1.5m away. We were then offered "an upgrade" (we didn't consider it an upgrade), after some backwards and forwards texting to say things are not as advertised. Two hours after arriving at what we thought was our hotel, we were semi settled into an apartment, with keys that didn't work. Eventually we get those so we can finally go out and enjoy the city.
