  : The hotel was pretty small and didn't have an elevator. But in our case the staff came and helped to carry our luggages upstairs to check-in. All in all the staff was super friendly and helpful! All the rooms had different names, not numbers which was a nice surprise :) Breakfastroom was quite small, but you could also eat on the balcony, where was maybe 5-6 tables - this way all the hungry people were able to fit in. The breakfast"basics" were the same every morning, but there was always some differenties also. A big thumbs up for the fresh fruits! And if you asked, you could get an omelette. On our last day we were able to leave our luggages in the reception after the check out and pick them up before we needed to head to the airport. There was a bus terminal nearby where you could travel to airport via local bus.

  : I liked the updated design, AC, size of the room and updated bathroom.
  : Bathroom was tight, my room sadly didn't look like the only picture provided- although it wasn't a bad looking room (I create vlogs and I chose this room specifically because it would've been a great background)

  : The lady at the reception was hospitable and gave us a few hints where we can go for dinner in Split. She also gave us all vital information about the place we stayed and the breakfast area. For breakfast they serve a big variety of food including freshly baked eggs and omletes.

  : We checked in early to our room (Titanium) at an extra cost as my partner was really unwell. We noticed by 3pm that the air conditioning unit was not working and was blowing out warm air rather than cool, making the room uncomfortably warm. We spoke to reception about this who said they would reset and fix it. Over the course of the next 5 hours, the staffs attempts to resolve the issue were unsuccessful, unable to get the temperature below 26 degrees. However, we were continually told that what they were doing was making the room cooler, and at one point we were told it was ice cold/freezing. Eventually, the manager was contacted who continued to try to fix the unit and tell us that it was cooler than it was. There were no spare rooms to move us to. By 8:30pm they realised that it would not be resolved and arranged for us to stay somewhere else. The experience was really disappointing and put a dampener on our first day in Split as not only was my partner ill but we had to battle to try to get this resolved. I wonder if we had checked in later what would have happened when the issue was found.

  : We were late in check-in and Maria has been extremely helpful. She messaged all the self check-in details and made it very simple. It's a shame that I couldn't meet her in-person to say thanks for her kind help. Location is superb and 15 mins walk to all major Split attractions. All the staff we found very polite and helpful so thanks to them.
  : Bedroom and bathroom were a bit smaller and no reserved parking. We were lucky to get public parking nearest to the hotel. Only one space was left and we grabbed it.
