  : I loved that the room was clean and comfortable.
  : The website showed that it would have a full kitchen and the pictures displayed full kitchen. The room had the basic small fridge and microwave. I also didn't like that I booked the room stating we will be traveling with toddlers and we were upstairs. We couldn't understand the person at the front desk so it wasn't easy to ask him questions.

  : The staff is always quiet rude. They treat you like you are a thief. We didn't have any towels in our room, and i realized it while taking a shower. My boyfriend went to the front desk to ask for a towel, and the front desk clerk said he didn't believe him. The clerk asked that he be able to come into the room to take pictures of the missing towels. I had to wrap myself in a blanket to dry. The clerk still only gave us one towel. Also, i have asked on many occasions to receive 4 pillows....like pictured. They only provide 3 pillows. I guess as a couple staying in their room for the weekend, one of us gets 2 pillows, and the other only gets one. The last thing was that we booked through booking. Com. After coming back from dinner...the front desk clerk chased us down, saying he wasn't supposed to give us the room because we didn't pay. He told me to cancel my reservation on the website and to come back and pay directly with him. I immediately called booking, and they told me absolutely not! I had already paid and not to pay the front desk anything. I feel like this is some kind of scam the hotel is trying to do? To maybe collect twice for the room? I will never stay here again.

  : Liked nothing about the property had a sink that didn’t work for about a month he never fixed it they are low key racist extremely rude
  : The employees are all very rude and charged extra for everything like they repeatedly charge 20$ for a smoking room even though that’s exactly what I already paid for
