  : I have stayed at the hotel before and was satisfied. Rebooked and confirmed but unfortunately hotel was closed (converted to a homeless shelter) when I arrived. At least the homeless shelter staff was very nice and helpful.
  : I arrived at the hotel at midnight June 3 2023 after a LONG flight and found the hotel is closed. Was converted to a homeless shelter. I had a reservation made months ago through bookings.com and nobody informed me that the hotel had been closed meantime. Nothing in the area was available so I returned to JFK and spent my overnight layover at the airport. My bookings.com app said, up until June 3, that reservation was confirmed.

  : I booked this hotel 2 month in advance ,when I reached that hotel , found that this hotel became the shelter. Either hotel or booking .com did not inform me about this . Due to this I spend 200 more dollars to stay one night around the JFk get a taxi for 50$.

  : The shuttle bus drivers for other properties at Federal Circle
  : Apparently a government has taken over the motel and is using it to house immigrants. I booked the stay 2 months in advance and did not hear from Super 8 or Booking.com. I did not find out until I got to Federal Circle shuttle bus area.
