  : The unit itself was clean.
  : They would not allow any early check-in. The door code provided did not work. There was a lock box with a key and they did provide the code to that and said someone would be coming to fix the door key pad but nobody ever called or showed up. There were no lightbulbs in many of the lamps/lights so the lightening was poor. The sliding door blinds were missing blinds so you could not keep the light out to sleep in. Could use some modern updating in window treatments and furniture. The sliding door to the balcony is VERY difficult to slide open. The sofa sleeper is a mattress that you can feel the springs through...it needs replacing.

  : Beautiful view and grounds. Loved how close we were to the beach.
  : Management company never emailed instructions on how to get into the unit. While booking we were never made aware that there were no trailers/boats allowed so we had to scramble to find a location that would store our boat. The check-in process was stressful and thank goodness the people at Ocean Gallery were nice enough to help us by contacting the owner. Once he knew the situation we were able to access the unit within 30 minutes. The unit was very dated and in need of many repairs and replacements. I understand a complete renovation is taking place this spring which will make this a top notch rental.

  : 1) the kitchen sink leaking found out looking for more trash bags, was only given one trash bag. 2) the guest bath toilet runs sometimes when you flush. Both bathrooms tub need to re grout. There is mold around the tube in both bath. One bath has few broken tiles (you think it's the grout but when look close it's broken tiles) other it's the chalking/grout tub that cause water damage. 3) The fridge filter light was red when we got that so that need to be changed. We brought water. 4) you need a screwdriver you need to tighten the paper towel holder in the kitchen and some of draw pull. 5) the 2nd bed in the guess room lean to the side because it's missing a wheel. 6) due to the storm there it seem water came because the carpet by the screen door in both room was very wet and it was like that for few days compare to the rest of the carpet. 7) Also pest control is needed there was a roach problem. I even found a dead roach on one of the nightstands. In the same room the lamp side was not dusted 8) There is water damage around the window and door frame. Walls need to be touched up, clean and repainted. Window blinds are damaged in every room.
