  : The hotel was beautiful. Such a gorgeous view from the pool. The staff were beyond helpful. There was a massive spread on for breakfast. Happy hour at the pool bar from 3-5pm then again in the hotel bar from 6pm-8pm. This was buy one cocktail get one free One member of staff was particularly lovely and Im sorry I never got her name. She worked in the hotel bar until late at night. She was so friendly and very helpful.
  : The elevators were soooo slow the bed for me wasn't the most comfortable as it was very firm..but my husband loved it!

  : Lobby was bland, our room door never worked with the key card. Had to reprogram the key 5 times in 5 days.The lifts are old and slow and problematic. Buttons not working. The bath towels are miniature and old. Bathroom was tiny and water pressure terrible too. Tv selection was datedWont stay again

  : Location is excellent, pool and sun deck get sun for most of day. Restaurants within easy walking likewise bus services to other parts of island. Room allocated as requested - excellent views over Marina and Portamaso. Staff friendly and nice to be welcomed back by individual staff members who recognise us from previous visits.

  : I found Elvira the Hotel receptionist exceptionally excellent at the Cavalieri Hotel.She was so professional, cared that my experience there was a good one. She was friendly, helpful and wonderful to deal with. Always a smile when passing through reception ensuring my stay was perfect. She is a credit to the hotel. Rest of staff friendly and helpful. Disappointing the pool was closed for days because of poor weather but understandable. Beautiful room on 6th floor and spotless every day. Dining room: extensive buffet breakfast excellent and lunch delicious and well presented. Good value for money. Well done to the chefs!
  : The lifts were a disaster and took ages to come up to our floor. It stopped at every floor even though there was no one waiting at that floor. They need to be upgraded and the digital display inside the lifts need to work to tell you what floor your on. It took a minimum of five minutes waiting for a lift and maximum of 15 minutes. As we were with a wedding party, time was of the essence and it was impossible to get downstairs on time. I often walked the 110 steps down as too frustrated waiting for lifts. Towels seem to run out too often and not available at times for bathrooms or by the pool. Need to purchase more as we are at end of session and should always be available.

  : Great location with sea views. The room was very big and clean. Pool area was great. Overall I would still stay here again.
  : Hotel needs a little bit of fixing up to make it more modern . Especially the corridors which have a smell going through it like old carpet or mould.
