  : The hotel has very good facilities. It's clean. The van drivers were very friendly , also the room service ladys. It's close to Suvetra ski area and ski school (500 mt aprox).The restaurants are good for lunch or dinner. Many alternatives of food (Italian, Swiss, etc)The spa area is fine and clean.
  : Located to far from St Moritz city center (restaurants, bars, train station, shopping, mercado, etc). Better to rent a car if you want to feel free and have a good time. The vans that they offer to do the transfers are very limited for the amount of guests that need it. You have to reserve in advance (better 24 hours before) and that means you have no liberty, most of the time they are full. Better to take a taxi, but they charge 50 Euros from center city to the hotel, one way. You could find some of them in 30 or 40 euros if you're in a lucky day.Most of the staff in front desk and restaurant are very rude in their behavior ( You can save only 2 or 3 of them).The pillows...Terrible!The facilities are OK but you have to walk to much to get your room, if they assigned you one of the cabins outside of the main building. Imagine moving you luggage yourself in the middle of a snow storm.. The breakfasts are OK, but with no many alternatives for a hotel this category, in St. Moritz.Every morning, you're going to find the same things to eat
