  : (+) Check in and Check out instructions were very clear. Nicola was very reactive, sent us info well in advanced and during our stay he provided us with plenty of info (where to eat / take away for example...) (+) The location is EXCELLENT! no vis-a-vis, straight view to the river and mountains. 2min away from the skitouring area (+) The flat looks exactly like the pictures. The comments let my previous travellers are acurate too so no big surprise. (+) Lots of space and storage
  : (-) If you plan to cook - and given the covid situation you have little choice, the kitchen would need a serious refurbishment: way too old, not well equipped, the electrical appliance to cook were not functioning well. So i was really struggling to cook for 4 people. (-) no lift...so with 2 young kids and stroller, was a bit sporty everyday...but manageable (-) the mattresses of the 2 individual beds and the double bed upstairs are not comfortable at all. Came back with backpain...But the mattress in the double bed downstairs looked way better. Unfortunately the baby cot couldn't fit in the room so we had to sleep upstairs (-) the set up of the bathroom upstairs is a bit odd. The shower is outside the bathroom...but not a big deal
