  : Needs maintanence ! Sliding patio doors corroded, difficult to open, WD 40 would have prevented this . Luggage Cart fell apart from age and corrosion . TV in spare room where children stayed, doesn't work ! The information you supplied doesn't help, phone number for Spectrum cable service not a working number . Master bathroom shower head outdated, towel rack is under the sink, nowhere to hang them . There's a lack of communication in "your" booking process ! I paid you in Full, yet you had another bill waiting on the counter, for me to sign . Would have been nice to be notified that Red Tide was present . Spectrum TV remotes are wore out .

  : I love the location and the oceanfront views. Having a pool at the property was perfect for my teens who wanted a break from the beach. It is convenient to many businesses and i felt it was safe enough for my teens to walk to and from shops and restaurants.

  : No one supposed to be in pool after 10, I usually wouldn't care however it is very loud in the room.

  : Outdated, needed some refreshing up. No streaming service available on television however there was a VHF player. Bathroom sinks were very slow to drain.

  : The view from the balcony was perfect and the beach was clean and peaceful. The apartment was fully furnished, including the kitchen.
  : Not very clean, no house keeping, some little repairs needed in the room.

  : Great location near restaurants. Nice condo space and balcony looking out to the beach. Comfy bed and sofas.
  : I like cooking my own food, pots and pans were not the best but I managed. Out door Grills are far from rooms.

  : Great location. Building and grounds were clean and well maintained. Superb view of and proximity to the beach. Excellent value. Property management team were responsive and helpful.
  : This was obviously a well furnished apartment that has been allowed to go into poor maintenance. Mattress was old and worn, needs to be replaced. All of the blinds require replacement. And the sliding door would not lock.
