  : I appreciated having 2 pools. The outdoor sand pit/kid area/picnic area will be THE reason we return. It is rare that I can actually relax while on vacation, if vacationing with my children. It was absolutely amazing to have a place that my "feral" kids can be themselves, while I can relax in a nice lounge chair or picnic table, either sunning or in the shade. The large sand spot between the beach and hotel was a great place for them to run freely. The beach was just far enough to really be ready to get in the water right away. The water was crystal clear and calm, beautiful actually. The beach itself was very clean, and the umbrella and chair rentals are reasonable. This hotel is VERY good if you have kids. The beds are comfortable. The live music was nice to have. PS - BRGR, Ricky Ts, and Burger-ish are good places to eat.
  : I booked a handicap accessible room to accommodate my 70yo mother who has very bad nerve damage in her heels, she is also a "fall prone" person. When we arrived, the front desk said that we were in part of the hotel that was stair access only. They had no other rooms that would accommodate us. We had a large party. My mother was only able to leave the room twice her entire stay, and was in such pain... It was miserable for her. PS - Don't eat at Bubba Gumps, its cheap quality food after a 2hr wait.
