  : Location was good, lady serving drinks around the pool was very nice and helpful, sorry didn’t get her name.
  : The A/C in our room was very loud , we mentioned it to the reception staff who said it would be fixed, or we would be moved, they said it had been fixed, it had not, so 2 nights with very disturbed sleep.

  : The beach access from the hotel was great, and the availability of beach towels for guests use every day! Food at the restaurants was a bit pricey, but not surprising for a resort town. The complimentary coffee in the Lobby was very nice every morning.
  : I was surprised that the rooms were only cleaned every other day, and the sheets were not changed during the entire stay. Housekeeping did ask, but we declined. I figured sheet changing would be automatic. After our first day on the beach, housekeeping did not come by our room the whole day until around 4 pm - a bit late. The mattress in our room 218 was a bit hard, but not unbearable. The room was comfortable, but not luxurious. A hotel concierge would have been helpful to answer questions about the area.

  : The location is excellent, right on the beach, close to great restaurants. Hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.
  : The Astro turf around the pool. Not only is it hotter than the pavers, it has a strong rubber smell. The pool was also a bit warm.
