  : The "mansion" had character. 13 sleeping quarters within the 3 houses (making it a mansion). Bathrooms for each bedroom. Clean common areas & rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff very friendly, hospitable. Continental breakfast in main house 9-9:30am.I drank my coffee and read by the pool in am. On the trolley Loop Line for St.Pete pier, museums,shopping areas. Walking distance to coffee shops, night spots and restaurants. A few steps up from camping, but not luxurious.
  : Small Community Pool area was used by men "tenants" in the evenings for cooking/eating/social. They were very friendly and even invited my family of 6 to Join them for dinner. This made it uncomfortable for me to relax in my bathing suit by the pool by myself, though a safe environment. Was able to read and relax by pool in am with my coffee. Free Parking on property was challenging. Not all rooms had individual A/c temp controls, warmer than I like at times. Would have liked a coffee maker in my room. Website offered that the stay included breakfast. Picture showed omelette type breakfast. I called the week before and and asked about meal prep. The person said there was a common cooking area. I had planned to be able to cook for us 6 adults so we did not have to eat out every meal,but NOPE! NO COOKING!(except grill around pool that was used by "tenants".) Not a place for you if u r looking for personal services. But served us well for or purpose.

  : Location is super. Walking distance to nearby restaurants. There is a free trolley stop 100 feet away. Very good location especially for the price.
  : Water in shower needs to be hotter. Wish we had more time to spend in the city.

  : Parking sucked. No remote for the television even after saying something to management. The room was barely comfortable temperature wise.

  : Breakfast was great and the location couldn’t be better.
  : There was not internet service, the pool was extremely dirty and you can’t really communicate with the staff past 10 pm. There is no one available at the desk if you need anything, they provide you with a phone number in case you need help after hours but no one answers. The house itself is clean and beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable and they AC runs all night on high speed. They have central AC which you can’t control and a separate AC in the room that can be adjusted manually. The central AC was blasting cold air to the point that I was freezing. I only had a bed sheet to cover myself, I couldn’t open the window, turn the AC off or let anyone know of my situation. In resume my stay wasn’t pleasant.

  : Building was not secure. One ground floor door to outside did not appear to even have a lock. Back door open at 10 pm. Low expectations for continental breakfast will be met and it’s available only 9-9:30am. Business traveler beware. Low battery alert in smoke detector went off in night constant. Fighting for partial refund. No grounds maintenance.
