  : Breakfast was really good, with many options and kind staff. Our room (attic) had a warm feel and was very nice. Despite being in the attic, it didn't feel small. The location of the hotel is very convenient - you can reach various restaurants and hiking paths without the need to move your car. Same for skilifts. Daniele was kind and available at the front desk. Hotel guests can get a pretty nice dinner at a very close restaurant for 25 euros. The wellness centre is pretty nice.
  : Overall, we were very happy with our stay - these are smaller things. There was a green light over the door in our room; it was very annoying as it was fairly bright at night. The description could and should make it clearer that access to the wellness centre is subject to an additional fee; furthermore, I read the fee was 14 euros per person but it was actually 15. We did not have our own flip flops/slippers as we are used to receiving them from the hotel; instead, we had to pay for those, since we needed them to go to the wellness centre.

  : prime location in front of ski slopesvery nice SPA inside the hotelcosy rooms in typical valley style
  : the hot tub in the SPA had so much chlorine that still smells on our skins after 3 showers. She the water wasnt even very hot.the steam bath also not very hot.we had to pay extra for the SPA where, at the booking, it seemed included in the fee!

  : Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean eco hotel. Staff were generally great, especially Bruna. V good location. Liked the eco ethos very much. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with superb local products of the highest quality. Best I have had in s hotel in a long while

  : Breakfast didnt contain any vegetables at all. But thanks to the wonderful staff, the lady organised sallad (just for me) every day.

  : The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is delightful. They speak English well - if that would be important for you. Also, the ski rental place is close and they give you discount if you stay at Ellex hotel. The super small grocery store is also close. It takes about a 3-5 minute walk to reach the ski lifts. My only issue was with the breakfast: it is a very nice buffet breakfast with really lots of choices, BUT they serve you only one plate of meat (sausage or ham), and if you want to eat something salty other than cheese, then you have only omelette options. Also, there are no vegetables at all! At one point I bought my own tomatoes at the aforementioned grocery store. But if you eat only sweet stuff for breakfast then you will love the place. As I said, other than these two tiny issues I had no problem with the other, or with the breakfast. So I can recommend it to anyone. One more thing: my view from the balcony was amazing at the mountains, so the location of the hotel is another extra.
