  : The staff were very kind and helpful. I liked that we were able to bring our dogs, and it was close to the UConn Stamford campus. Again, the staff were very kind and polite.
  : The laundry room was out of service. In order to bring all our luggage to our room on the first floor, the luggage trolley had to travel via ADA elevator which was inoperable when we checked out. There was no fitness facility at all, even though there are images of one on the website. The hallway floors were not level or flat. Our room key frequently did not work. The dog spot was a small enclosed area filled with stones, no grass. I understand renovations were ongoing, but staying there felt hard. Everything was hard. We checked out a day early, but after 11am. We just couldn’t spend one more night there.

  : I like that there's a pool and that the beds are comfortable.
  : I didn't like that I paid for a smoking room and when I arrived, there were brand new signs saying it is a smoke-free facility. The front desk receptionist did not inform me about breakfast and I was not informed/offered an accommodation. I did not get to eat breakfast at all. They did not fully refund my security deposit to my sisters card when the room was left in the same condition ( returned $75 rather than $100).The staff's nasty behavior, they pretended to be cordial when in reality they were sabotaging my stay there. Unauthorized users illegally accessing my devices through the free wi-fi. The illegal sharing of my personal information. The female receptionist threatened me with the police after I had requested a later checkout for my ADA request. I called La Quintas company to have a formal complaint made, rather than stopping staff from harassing me, he also told me to get off the property. He didn't even take my NEW complaint and was purposefully acting ignorant.
