  : issues began at start of arrival. Deadbolt did not work, had to go in and out through garage. Was told by property management that email had been sent couple hours before arrival (last email I had received was the night before). Garage code was given incorrectly so had to wait to get the correct code. Pool/spa was supposed to be open year round, pool was closed for maintenance and management didn’t even shoot a quick email or text, we were not the only ones that found out by going to pool. Also did not specify this was tri-level, kitchen is on 2nd floor, sucked getting coolers up.
