  : The location to the Gondola. We also enjoy using the hot tub and pool. I only wish I knew about the discount lift tickets before I purchased through Steamboat.

  : Room layout was nice. close to a gondola lift, walking distance, to bring you to the main skiing square.
  : No elevator, had to walk up 3 flights with luggage. Was given wrong code to main door to building. Arrived around midnight so maintenance wasnt available. Fortunately someone was coming out and let us in. The next day called Vacasa which was overseas. Took over 20 minutes on phone to finally get the right code. person would not give us the local maintenance number which would have saved a lot of time. The next day the lock to the unit would not work. Again call overseas and after 30 minutes of trying to solve the problem finally got local maintenance to come over with a hard. key

  : Reception was kind enough to hold our luggage while we went to the airport to pick up family before check-in. Pool and hot tubs are nice. Nice layout for a family - bedrooms are on either side of the living/kitchen area, so noise doesn't travel.
  : No dining table, only counter dining with stools. No grills on premises. Grills are at Trailhead lodge, as are pool and hot tubs. Not a big deal to walk to the pool, but if we're grilling we're not going to haul all the food over there. Small gondola that takes you to the main gondola is extremely slow and the liftee is rude and surly. Nice view from balcony but three high top chairs with no table. Hard to enjoy coffee or wine out there without a table.

  : Our room smelled. Looks like there was a water loss by the floodcuts in the master bathroom water closet and door closet. There also was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. And no air conditioning. I would have appreciated being forewarned and given the opportunity to choose a different room, we would have taken it. We only stayed two nights for baseball and didn't' have the time to deal with changes. Very bad business to put folks in a room that quite possibly had mold from whatever flood happened. Our kids throats were sore during the stay and eyes watering. Very disappointed.
