  : Price was not bad. Location ok.
  : The shower head was garbage. There was no toliet paper in room when i got there. The Tv and remote do not work well together. The microwave was unplugged, it beeps continuous if you plug it back in. The entry door will only stay shut if deadbolt is locked.

  : The price was good. The desk staff was pleasant and friendly.
  : I had to go after bathroom tissue, there was none in the room. The floor sags in the middle, furniture tilted toward the sag, the sink faucet handle comes off.

  : There was a room available.
  : I didn’t stay. It didn’t feel safe. The door had no deadbolt or chain, only the main lock with a 4-digit code and that one didn’t have a strike plate and could have been easily forced open. The room was also dirty. The sheets, blanket, and carpet had cigarette burn holes in them. The chair had a big rip in the fabric and was dirty. One of the lamps didn’t work. I didn’t even bring my luggage in. I stayed in my daughter’s dorm room instead.

  : We were booked in an upstairs room & I have mobility issues & can't do stairs. (They were called & told this & we were still booked in an upstairs room.) The heater didn't work. The floors in the vanity/bathroom areas were so dirty, we could hear & feel our shoes sticking to the floor. The desk was covered with sticky smears & fingerprints. The room was so dark I couldn't read to do my Bible study. The TV didn't work. The door to the room would stick & was hard to get in & out of. They advertised breakfast but don't in fact have breakfast. My husband had to sleep without his CPAP due to lack of outlets by the bed. I need to charge my insulin pump & use my Bi-pap. I had to unplug the lamp on my side of the bed to plug both in. There was not even an accessible plug by the desk. I looked for bed bugs & roaches. If I had seen either one, we would have left.
