  : Initially, I have picked this accommodation based on very good reviews.However, our family was ripped off by the host at the very beginning. He introduced himself as Aleandro but on booking.com his name is Mattia Galano. Upon check-in, he charged our family 50 for linen. This extra fee was not listed anywhere in conditions prior booking or mentioned anywhere. I have mentioned this and he requested me to pay. I have requested receipt of cash payment for accommodation and linen fee and he refused to give it to me. The host left us his number to contact him anytime if we need to. We did multiple times without any response, he ignored our messages and calls completely. I feel disappointed and ripped off by this ghost and would not recommend this property to anyone as this attitude ruined my holiday.However, the property is located in quiet area, there were extremely loud group of Italians next to us (adults yelling until very late night) and family with very loud kids waking us up early in the morning. Thus it was impossible to sit in outside area as we didnt have any privacy and couldnt hear each other. There is no air conditioner and no wifi in the property and it was extremely hot.
