  : 1st main lift was out of order for 5 days which is all of our stay.Understand it was Easter and lots of bank holidays but that did not stop monetary transactions so no excuse we had to go round the corridor all the time .

  : Outside the centre but very well located in terms of transports. Its located in a quiet area (no noises at all during the night). There are supermarkets close by as well as some restaurants. Also loved the fact that this apartment was keyless/cardless. Easy and smooth check in and check out process.
  : No extractor fan in the apartments, meaning, at certain times, you can smell all types of smells.More as a suggestion: having a toaster would have been great.

  : The apartment is nice and comfortable for three people (not four), clean, high privacy, easy check in and check out. Kitchen well equipped. Good washing machine (not the drying part). Good information by mail.
  : The sofa was very uncomfortable for sitting, seems old. The sofa as bed is not the best either.There was not enough place to throw garbage. Contacting per mail took too long, and contacting by phone didn't work.

  : Hi we stayed at a studio in April and we really liked that it was an appartement complex. We were for example on floor 4 and it felt like we were in a hotel, there was always someone cleaning a room. Due to this layout we felt safe. The studio looks small, but there is enough space for 4 people! It was clean and easy to use. The TV was very good as well due to the fact that you can rotate it and use chrome cast. The location is nice due to having 2 stores: COOP and Lidl (max a 5 min walk). There were also a few restaurants and a loooott of options on UberEats. Wifi was great as well The communication through e-mails was perfect! They send you an e-mail the day before arriving with all of the information you need!
  : The location is very good! However you have to take one tram and one metro tram. The public transport system is really good tho, but just for people that want to stay in the city center, this might not be the best option. There is a gap between the shower doors and floor, however it does not go far into the bathroom and goes away quickly after. The heating system did not work but the small radiator gave enough warmth that we even had to turn it off because it got so warm. The sofa bed is not comfortable, but lets be honest no one has ever slept comfortably on such a couch
