  : The staff was absolutely amazing, we had the chance to check in earlier and store our luggage at the facilities the day we were checking out. Breakfast was great too! The location is super great considering we took the train / metro. The walk to the city wouldn’t be too long either. Grocery stores nearby! Big thanks to the staff!

  : There is a kitchen available for use to the guests, you can make coffee and tea and make some sandwiches as well, there is stuff to prepare all of these things. The breakfast was also ok, it included all the basic stuff and you can eat well.
  : I'm quite dissatisfied with this place, the room was pretty much below our expectations; I requested a two separate beds and quiet room and ended up in a room with one big bed and super noisy. The place itself is pretty run down, all the furniture is super old, the chairs felt like they might break if you sit. The rooms smells old and there were holes on the walls, I could also hear the people from the next door room as if they were in the same room with us, I felt bad for them because I have had a cold while being at the hotel and coughed a lot during the night (couldn't help myself) and Im afraid the people in the other room might have heard me cough since 3 am. There was also a broken ventilation vent, it didnt have its cover and it made SO much noise, we had to use a hand towel to cover it. The curtains were as bad as you can get, dirty, and they didnt really hold on to their place and didnt really cover the whole window. I come from latinamerica and I can't understand how people manage to sleep with daylight coming in almost through the entire night, I can't understand how is it that you don't have proper curtains in bedrooms during the summer time. Me and my sister had to be creative to find a way to darken the room, otherwise we wouldnt have been able to sleep at all. From the moment we arrived we noticed this room didnt meet our expectations or requests at all, so I called the owners (there is not an open desk in the hotel during the day, the guests are on their own) and when i told them about the issues with the room, their suggestion was for us to cancel the stay (even though I had already paid for it) and have Booking find a place for us to stay the night (It was past 19:00 when we arrived at this hotel). There was zero interest or intention to try and provide solutions for the issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody and I will definitely won't come back to it.

  : The bathrooms, even if they were clean they were smelly.The place doesn't have differentiate trash for recycling In the description it's stated "city view", but the place it's in a basement so what you see is literally the street of you look up

  : Breakfast was really good! The room was cozy and the location pretty great, walking distance from locations we wanted to visit, and close to the stations. The staff was nice and everything was neat.
  : No fridge in the room, but there was a fridge in the kitchen that everyone could use. Also shared bathrooms, but they were clean so I did not mind them at all.
