  : I really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights, the staff was very helpful! Big variety for breakfast, staff tried to answer all questions, prepare food with lots of love! I would definetaly come back! If you need silence, bring ear plugs because of the beds and outside, as it is an old bildung (really nice though!). I liked the atmosphere a lot!
  : If you lock your stuff after check-out for some hours, please watch out that they are their at time and not having their break when you come back to fetch your stuff. Gladly, I made my bus, cause that one came late as well..

  : This place is close to the railway station and walkable. They gave me an extension of 1 hour late checkout- thank you
  : Im very careful when im writing something not good about a place. This place does not have 24 hours reception. But the code is given prior and its no problem to get in and take your room digital card.There is no elavator. Well exercise climb. But if you are a heart patient then take breaks.Its a 100+ years old building but it has its own vibe and the wooden floors make noise with every step.Its a quiet place with no social interaction. No soft music in the corridors.Well the most upsetting thing i felt was the attitude of the staff that is working there ( exception is Micheal) , the staff does not smile nor does it not its head nor do they say good morning, in fact they have a hard rude face made up . I was not aware if breakfast is included in my stay or not and the staff informed me that i was not supposed to have breakfast - its ok but again the way it was conveyed was impolite. The girls working there including on the reception are not happy persons and they all behave rude. I guess the owner has no choice but to continue with this abnoxious staff as its difficult to find people that work there in the hostel/ hotel. I would go back to stay in that place only if the staff is not there.Ive travelled the world and stayed in various hotels and hostels and this was the worst staff I encountered. Sorry im being blunt. But its the truth. They even have rude notices all over the hotel, giving warnings to hotel guests. They have breakfast time until 10.30 am ( i guess) , at the stroke of the hour they start pulling out the food like crazy. Every place ive gone, the staff comes and politely requests the guests that we will be taking the food away and if you want to refil your plate please take it now , but here no politeness My heart goes out to the owner bcoz she is the one that is suffering the most.
