  : no breakfast. We arrived about 5pm. The shower was broken. Called the virtual host. She called back at 9. by then my husband had bought a pair of pliers so that we could shower. She did have someone come the next day to repair the shower. The toilet broke that day and my husband had to fix it. This property should NOT be on booking.com
  : It was filthy. Floors were gritty. There were roaches in the kitchen cabinets. The coffeemaker did not get hot enough to make coffee. Holes in the wall, stained carpeting, peeling wallpaper, dishwasher did not work, the floors sloped and had soft spots like you were going to fall through. The list goes on. I have pictures that I will try to send. Take this off the market. There is a $150 rental fee--this place has not been cleaned since the 80s. Also the rental instructions tell you to remove all trash to the central dumpster (ok) and they tell you to strip the beds and put all linens, towels , etc in the laundry basket. This unit is in severe disrepair.

  : When we got there the place smelled bad and like it was poorly cleaned. When contacting the property host she got an attitude with us and refused to help with returning our money.

  : The daily rate reflected the run down nature of the property but it was very poor value when the cleaning fee was added. The default cleaning cost was not evident at the time of booking.
