  : No air conditioning!!! Temp was high 90s, humidity in 70s. Did find an upright fan. Serious safety issue in bathroom. Shower is 20to 24 inches off floor. There was a flimsy step stool to get in, but needs a grab bar outside to get out.

  : Didn't get e-mail with code to get key out of lock box in time. No answer from hotel phone number, just recording saying not available. Eventually got code by calling Vacasa.

  : I paid for a unit with a fireplace and a washer and dryer. Upon arrival I discovered that they were marked with signs saysing do not use. I contacted Vacasa and they texted back that they'd work on it. I contacted them upon my arrival on 10/13, again on 10/14 and again on 10/15. Each time I was told that they were very sorry for the trouble and would look into it and get back to me. They never resolved the issue nor did they contact me; they only responded when I contacted them. I'll never book anything that has anything to do with Vacasa again. It was a ripoff.
