: Nothing. Nobody received us. Nobody help us on checkout. They only email us 1 day after checkout to robber our 2000 kr deposits without any explanation. A real SCAM. Moreover, we found the house with dirty dishes in the machine and closets. We have to put machine to wash and also wash other kitchen stuff.
: Despite there is nothing in Booking property policies mentioning the need for cleaning or any extra charge related to cleaning, the holder just calls us a few hours before our arrival to require a 2000 kr deposit for cleaning guaranty. Before check-out we have cleaned all the rooms, including both bathrooms and kitchen. But on next day we received the following message from Visit STranda: We have checked cabin after your stay, and cabin havent been cleaned and left the same as upon arrival. We have sent several emails asking for further information about what did they find differently? Yet, they never answer, and they took our 2000 kr deposit without any explanation. THIS IS A SCAM and there are already other guests clamming the same issue.

: Extremely bad home, we spent 2 hours to hard cleaning the home, but finally they stole our deposit.Immediately after leaving this bad home, They send us a previously written receipt of 2000 K and said there were some water droplets in toilet. They stole 2000 K, I dont recommend this bad home at all, they will stole your money definitely, they rent it in Booking to take more money from tenants.
