  : Location in one of best parts of Strasbourg.
  : Some reception employee should think about turning into different industry. I have never seen incompetency like this even in cheap hostels 15 years ago. At check-in I had to try payment with 5 different credit cards and had to convince lady at the desk for 30mins that problem definitely isn't at my end (what she was suggesting) before she finally called her bank and fixed the problem with the terminal. Parking is another story, the instruction how to get there is like an escape room game. I suggest straight away scan QR core to get right directions.

  : Great location and staff was very helpful. Ease to find by GPS. Close to the main train and bus station. Breakfast was very good.
  : The airconditioner fan made a lot of noise, The TV had no English channels and we just wanted to see a news channel, i.e. Fox News or Sky News from England.

  : Location was convenient with a shopping mall right opposite. Basic room for a short stay, with a good price as compared to other accommodations in the area. Toilet and kitchen area were generally clean and modern. As my travel adapter could not fit properly into the socket, I approached the reception and the male receptionist on duty took the effort to find a spare adapter to charge my mobile phone.
  : When I first approached the reception for check in, the first female receptionist was quite rude in terms of her tone and seemed uninterested in welcoming guests. It felt as though she was annoyed at guests (not only me but those in front of me). Looking back at other reviews now, I guess they were true. Thankfully, another female receptionist on duty at the later part of the day was really friendly and willing to help when I asked for some recommendations of cafes nearby. The airconditioning kept cutting off and restarting throughout the night and kept making a loud sound (almost like a power drill).

  : Booked because it had a kitchen but although there were utensils no basic kitchen cleaning products(or even plug) provided. Was told it was company policy not to provide and that we would have to supply our ownPool area is tired. Sauna was not operating.
