  : new management not nice breakfast not available as in the past my room had no heat I had to go buy room heaters from lowes no coffee pot in room had to go buy one not at all the same place I stayed 4 months ago

  : sheets on bed didnt look clean, furniture in room had discolored spots all over them (it reminded me of how forensics shows a room that has been lit up with an alternative light source and you can see all kids of stuff), tile was loose in entry way of the room and I almost tripped over it, paper peeling from wall corners. the only thing for breakfast was coffee and some breads (literally!) - no cereal or oatmeal or fruit or yogurt or anything to eat other than a literal slice of bread and some coffee (they were out of creamer)

  : They should not be allowed to take reservations when they have been shut down. No customer service.

  : arrived to hotel and there was a sign on the door that said we are closed. called the attached number and was told they had pipes that burst and hotel was flooded. we were never notified and booking was never canceled.
