  : Staff were very friendly and always greeted us with smiles. Location was stunning and the hotel/complex beautiful.
  : We had ants in our bathroom and the floor was always wet but this is a minor comment and didn't affect our stay.

  : Great location, clean rooms. Hotel crew was very kind and helpful. Food was also on a very good level. I totally recommend the hotel for a vacation with family!
  : Service of drinks during meals is something that could be improved, especially breakfast cofee or tea. It was sometimes frustrating to wait so long, to get it served. Why not to introduce self service (cofee machines) as at many hotels?

  : A big complex, with many blocks of rooms and 3 different pools and its own beach. Everything was clean but basic - our room was very basic & worn with old furnishings, as was the bathroom -but on the plus side there was a very big balcony Corridor outside the room was not very appealing either. The pools were well maintained but not enough sun beds and those that were there were dirty or broken. Beach was ok - and bar on the beach ok. We had the all inclusive deal - but it did not offer anything special - no food available except Pizza or Shwarma after 2.30 till 6.30pm. Dinner buffet was below average - food seemed to get worse every day.

  : Breakfast and lunch selection of food both in the main buffet restaurant and also day-time Gyros/Pizza bars was good. The quieter pool near the top of the property was really lovely and relatively crowd-free. friendly staff all round, especially at reception and in the main buffet restaurant. Nice and relaxed beach, with relatively easy access via resort tunnel without having to cross a road.
  : The hotel was marketed as having 3 a-la-carte restaurants (in addition to the main buffet). it was impossible for us to gain access to any of these restaurants at any time during our stay, and when presented with the menu choices at these a al carte venues, it was evident the choices were extremely limited. it reinforced out need to go outside the hotel for food on some nights.Buffet restaurant food was reasonable, but was not particularly good for vegetarian requirements (other than salads and boiled vegetables), which meant my daughter often was frustrated with bland food choices.It was disappointing that ice-creams in the beach-front bar were not included and needed t be paid for, this was not the impression that was given of the all inclusive nature of the hotel upon booking.All pools except one (directly next to the pool-bar) were circa 1.5m deep with no shallow-end. this was not such an issues other than access to and from the pools being by fairly short ladders. this meant exiting the pool for someone with upper-body strength issues was challenging as they needed to pull themselves up the ladder... it would have been preferable to have steps (as per main pool) for easier access. These pool access/exit restrictions were not advertised, and ended up causing my wife some distress and as such she barely entered the pools.Room/maid service was poor. We never had our room-towels changes during our stay, and bathmats and one towel was removed form the room and not replaced.We had an unfortunate accident on the beach due to poorly maintained wooden boardwalks between beach-beds. The boardwalk was unstable, and due to this we had to rush my wife to hospital with a suspected broken foot as a result of the unstable boardwalk. Thankfully the hotel since repaired the unstable boardwalk after we reported it, but this was too late for us. aside of offering a wheelchair for us to use in our final days, we had no offer of compensation/recompense.
