  : Nothing. I had to sleep on the floor because of the heat. I didn't feel safe.
  : I have been waiting for a refund of 45 for more than a month because I booked 2 nights and once there they told me that the Wifi did not work. I have called Booking 5 times and they have called 5 times and sent 4 emails to Hotel Lamm and still no response. We'll see how it ends, at the moment they seem unethical and liars. Careful.

  : Spacious room, spacious bathroom.
  : No staff present therefore I cannot review the staff. When I arrived I could get no response. Fortunately there was a phone number which I managed to phone to get a key from the key safe. I had specifically booked this hotel as it served breakfast. The following morning there were no staff so no breakfast. I phoned the number again and was promised a refund as no staff were available. 2 weeks later the promised refund had not materialised so I contacted Booking.Com. They could get no response from the hotel, neither could I so Booking.Com refunded me. Not the best experience!

  : The location near the Wilhelma park was good. The variety of restaurants in the vicinity was poor.
  : The TV in my room didn't work. The furniture was very old. It looked like the owner had not invested in the hotel interior for many decades
