  : Overall, my stay was comfortable, but there were a few areas for improvement. When it says 'Breakfast included', it would be great if it was specified that it's a limited continental breakfast with no hot options, rather than a full buffet. Additionally, the staff could work on being more welcoming and friendly. While they were efficient, they didn't go out of their way to make me feel valued as a guest. With a few tweaks, this hotel could be even better!Or, if you want to be more concise:"Comfortable room, but breakfast was a limited continental spread (no hot options) and staff could be friendlier. With more clarity on breakfast options and a warm welcome, this hotel would shine!"

  : The location was close to the interstate. The bed was comfortable and the furniture in the lobby was also comfortable.

  : I didn't like the distance to the beach Virginia Beach, 45 minutes, the others closer are not good, just two towels and one toilet paper for 4 people and 4 nights, just one breakfast option (a hamburger) and a glass of coffee , employees with robotic service (not very friendly)

  : Property was beautiful, both ladies I encountered at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful
  : When I checked in and received my room as I approached the door it smelled like mildew when I walked into my room it was a very strong smell. I called one of the housekeepers and she smelled it as well and sprayed odor ban on the floors a couple of minutes later it was back and extremely strong so I called the front desk to ask for another room which they accommodated right away. In the evening the hotelsHallway had a cigarette smell and I traveled with my children one of which is an asthmatic so it concerned me, especially with the heat.

  : We did not like the breakfast setup or the fact there was no complimentary coffee. The employees were very nice and accommodating, however, we feel like some type of complimentary breakfast items should have been offered.
