  : A period house which has been sympathetically restored to provide accommodation. Breakfast was excellent.
  : Attention to detail lacking in our room and bathroom. Finish on the tiling was poor; also cleanliness was lacking in both the room and the bathroom. We paid over the odds for a room with separate bathroom over the Thanksgiving holiday.

  : Stayed 4 nights. For 2.5 of those evenings when the heating system was on, the room was stifling. Too hot to sleep. Even opening the window could not cool the room. I did not leave rested and relaxed to say the least. Inn management was aware of this situation when they made the room available for occupancy. Inn management was not sympathetic and unwilling to offer reasonable compensation for my misery. Recent Update: The Inn responded that "No other recent guests have had this uncontrollable heat problem" Well we looked on line for other reviews of this property, and low and behold, we didn't have to look too far. We instantly found a review from someone that stayed in the same room just days before we did and ...HAD THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM!!!. Clearly the ownership/Management of this property is NOT negotiating in good faith. Our stay cost apprx. $1000. The room was uninhabitable for half of the stay. The Inn offered 10% discount on future stay.
